Hardly anyone sails all fifty-two weeks of the year. That is why Nowtica Share proposes two ways of sharing a Lagoon catamaran: pay only for the part you will enjoy, and leave the rest in good hands.
In Spain, four to six co-owners share a Lagoon from the 38 to the SIXTY 5 under a Community of Property, with guaranteed weeks — summer included — and our management. With Lagoon Shared Ownership, you acquire a 25 to 100% share of a large Lagoon with professional crew, living two seasons: the Mediterranean in summer and the Red Sea in winter.

Frequently asked questions
Is it an investment?
A boat is not an investment: it is an expense you enjoy. Nowtica is here to find the best solution so that this expense is as low as possible and the experience as good as possible. Sharing the boat reduces the cost but does not turn it into a return, which is why neither Nowtica nor the programme present it as a financial product, and neither does the simulator.
Nowtica Share or Lagoon Shared Ownership?
Nowtica’s formula is structured in Spain (Community of Property, local base) around models like the Lagoon 43 or 47, and you co-own the boat directly with other owners. Lagoon Shared Ownership focuses on the largest Lagoons with professional crew, two seasons and an international service ecosystem. They are complementary: we help you choose based on your weeks, your budget and the way you sail.
Can I change programme later?
Yes. In both programmes the share can be sold, and someone who starts with a part of a Lagoon in Spain can later move up to a large Lagoon through Lagoon Shared Ownership. What matters is starting with the right question: how many weeks you will really sail.
