The starting point
Two ways for your Lagoon to work.
Putting a catamaran on charter means letting it work when you are not using it. Nowtica proposes two ways of doing it, and both start the same: you buy your new Lagoon with us, at the official price, and decide where and how you will sail.
In Spain, the boat is entirely yours and works for at most three summer months, within Spanish law and under our management. Around the world, you place it for five or six years in the Dream Yacht & Navigare fleet, receive an income and sail on your yacht or on others in the network, in more than 35 destinations.

Nowtica Share splits a Lagoon between four and six co-owners in Spain, and Morii’s programme does the same with the largest Lagoons, with professional crew and two seasons a year.
Frequently asked questions
Does the charter pay for my boat?
No, and we will not sell it that way. In Spain, the summer charter can cover part of the costs and of the loan payment; in the Dream Yacht & Navigare fleet, the programme pays you an income for the agreed period. A boat is never a financial investment: it is a cost, and these formulas reduce it.
Who sells me the boat in each case?
Always Nowtica, and always at the official Lagoon price: the sale is formalised with the official dealer, exactly like any new Lagoon, and can be financed through SGB Finance. What changes is who operates the boat afterwards: Nowtica in Spain, Dream Yacht & Navigare around the world.
Can I switch from one formula to the other?
With the right boat, yes. A Lagoon in charter version, once its period in the fleet ends, comes back to you and could then join the owner-charter formula in Spain, or retire from charter altogether. We study it with you before choosing version and programme.
