Dream Yacht & Navigare, the charter group sailing on five continents since 2000, entrusts from 2026 the sale of the yachts in its management programmes to the official Lagoon dealer network. It is a change of model announced at the Cannes Yachting Festival: each trade in the hands of those who do it best.
For you it means the best of both worlds: you buy your Lagoon catamaran with Nowtica, with the guidance you already know, and place it in a professionally managed global fleet. The boat works; you sail.

Who Dream Yacht & Navigare are
Dream Yacht, founded in 2000, and Navigare Yachting today form one of the largest charter groups in the world: more than 750 monohulls and catamarans at bases across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Indian Ocean, Asia and the South Pacific.
At the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival the group announced a change of model: the sale of yachts destined for its management programmes moves to the shipyards’ dealer networks — Lagoon among them — and the group focuses on what it does best: operating, maintaining and chartering. For you, the result is a boat bought close to home and operated thousands of miles away, with an income programme and the possibility of sailing on other yachts in the network.

From purchase to first season, in three steps
Choose and buy your Lagoon
Define model and programme with Nowtica. The sale is formalised like any new Lagoon, with the official dealer, and can be financed with SGB Finance.
Delivery at your charter base
The boat is delivered straight to the chosen base: in spring for the Mediterranean, in autumn for the Caribbean. The first units sail in 2027.
The boat works, you sail
Dream Yacht & Navigare market, operate and maintain your yacht. You receive the income of your chosen programme and enjoy your weeks on board.

Charter management — frequently asked questions
What exactly is a charter management programme?
You buy a new Lagoon catamaran and place it for an agreed period in the fleet of a professional operator, who markets, operates and maintains it. In return you receive an income — guaranteed or shared, depending on the programme — and keep weeks of use for your own sailing. At the end of the period, the boat leaves the fleet and is entirely yours to enjoy.
Who sells me the boat, and who operates it?
The purchase is arranged with Nowtica and formalised by the official Lagoon dealer, exactly like any new Lagoon, with the option of financing through SGB Finance. Charter operation is handled by Dream Yacht & Navigare, who have run a global fleet since 2000.
What is the difference between the Guarantee and Performance programmes?
The Guarantee Program assures you a fixed monthly payment for 66 months, regardless of the boat’s occupancy, with insurance, berthing and maintenance included: maximum predictability. The Performance Program, over 60 to 72 months, gives you a share of the actual charter revenue your yacht generates, with no cap: more upside when the season delivers. In both, management, maintenance and marketing are professional.
Will I be able to sail my own boat?
Yes. Both programmes include owner use of the yacht under the agreed terms. The network also applies a reciprocity principle: depending on the formula, the group’s programmes allow up to twelve weeks a year, on your yacht or on equivalent yachts across the fleet, in more than 35 destinations.
Where and when are the boats delivered?
At the chosen charter base itself: spring deliveries serve the Mediterranean and autumn deliveries the Caribbean. The programme’s first units sail in 2027 and availability per base is limited, so it pays to reserve your slot early.
What return can I expect, and what does the programme cost?
The economic conditions — remuneration, duration, weeks of use — depend on the chosen model, base and programme, and are issued by the operator for each specific case. Nowtica prepares a personalised proposal with you, without commitment; we do not publish generic figures because they would not be serious.
Which Lagoon models does the programme accept?
The current selection comprises the Lagoon 38, 43, 47 and 55, in charter versions with more cabins and heads than the owner versions. If you are interested in another model of the range, ask us: the operator’s fleet strategy evolves every season.
