Lagoon Shared Ownership powered by Morii
Morii Group buys and operates large Lagoon catamarans with professional crew; you acquire the share you will actually use — 25, 50, 75 or even 100% — and Morii takes care of everything else, from crew to berthing.
The yacht lives two seasons: the Mediterranean in summer — based in Palma de Mallorca or in Croatia — and the Red Sea in winter. According to Morii, a 25% share translates in practice into around five weeks a year on board, “for what two of them would cost you on the charter market”.

The programme
What it consists of
Genuinely all-inclusive
One fee covers crew, insurance, berthing, maintenance, technical reserves and administration. The yacht is delivered equipped and ready to sail, with the same specification for every owner: nothing to negotiate between them, nothing for you to manage.
Two seasons, one yacht
Summer in the Mediterranean and winter on the Red Sea: the yacht never hibernates, and repositioning can become passage-making with stopovers — Sicily, Malta, Crete — instead of dead miles.
Points, not rigid calendars
Your annual fee becomes points you spend on board your yacht, on other Morii yachts, or on the group’s residences and experiences. Firm dates cost more points; flexibility costs fewer.
An exit planned from the start
The share is real ownership and can be resold: Morii supports that resale, and its Liquidity Shield™ mechanism is designed to make the exit more predictable than the open market.
The yachts
The programme’s yachts
Morii builds the programme on the largest catamarans of the Lagoon range, delivered equipped and ready to sail, with a professional specification designed for charter, crew and resale.
What’s included
What the monthly fee covers
One fee, no surprises. According to the programme Morii publishes, it covers:
- Crew
- Insurance
- Berthing
- Yacht club membership
- Transfers between seasons
- Maintenance
- Refit reserve
- Cashflow reserve
- Technical management
- Administration
How you use it: by points
Your monthly payments build one yearly budget in points — one point, one euro — which you spend on your yacht, on other Morii yachts, or on the group’s residences, expeditions and private aviation.
Firm dates cost more; flexible days cost less: a week nobody else would have chartered is worth far less to the yacht than the first week of August. Unspent credits carry forward up to three months into the next year.
Seasons
Two seasons, four bases
The calendar Morii publishes for its fleet:
Mediterranean
15 May – 30 September
Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza, with Club La Lonja and its own pier · Split and Pula, in Croatia
Red Sea
1 November – 15 March
AMAALA Yacht Club in the north and Jeddah Yacht Club in the south, in Saudi Arabia
Expeditions
15 March – 15 April
The transfers between seasons, turned into passages with stopovers
The exit
The exit, planned from day one
Morii targets the yacht’s exit around year seven, give or take a year, and publishes a three-phase mechanism for anyone wishing to sell their share earlier: the Liquidity Shield™.
Internal market
For six weeks, the yacht’s other co-owners have first refusal on the share.
Dealer network
Another six weeks of marketing through Morii and the Lagoon dealer network.
Asset-backed buyback
If no buyer appears, Morii activates its asset-backed liquidity mechanism, supported by a dedicated guarantee reserve (minimum €5M, according to Morii).
A yacht is a depreciating asset. The Liquidity Shield™ is designed to make the exit more predictable than the open market, not to remove the risk: the buyback value follows a contractual depreciation and the conditions are those of each yacht’s contract. Ask us for the factsheet of the yacht you are interested in.
Nowtica
Morii, Lagoon and Nowtica
Morii Group AG is a Swiss company with its operating base in Palma de Mallorca, and presents itself as a strategic partner of Lagoon to develop shared ownership of its large catamarans. The programme started in 2026 and grows yacht by yacht.
Nowtica, as official Lagoon sales agent, introduces the programme, helps you decide whether it fits your weeks and your budget, and stands by you through to signature. Morii takes care of ownership and operation; the relationship with you remains ours.
Lagoon Shared Ownership powered by Morii is a programme of Morii Group AG (Switzerland). The conditions — shares, fees, points and exit mechanisms — are those of each specific yacht’s contract. It is not an investment product: it is a way to own and enjoy a large catamaran. Nowtica introduces the programme and stands by you through the decision as your Lagoon agent.
Frequently asked questions
What is Lagoon Shared Ownership powered by Morii?
It is the shared-ownership programme for large Lagoon catamarans operated by Morii Group, a strategic partner of Lagoon: Morii buys and operates the yacht, you acquire a 25, 50, 75 or 100% share, and one fee covers everything from crew to berthing. Usage is organised with points, between the Mediterranean in summer and the Red Sea in winter.
How many weeks will I get?
It depends on your share and on how you use it. Morii publishes a range of four to six weeks a year for a 25% share, with around five as a reference; flexible dates and the gaps between charters cost fewer points and let you stretch that number.
Can I join now, or do I have to wait for a new yacht?
There are shares in yachts already in operation, with no need to wait for a new delivery, as well as yachts under construction. Ask us about availability for the model you are interested in.
How does Morii differ from Nowtica Share’s fractional mode?
Nowtica’s formula is structured in Spain (Community of Property, local base) around models like the Lagoon 43 or 47, and you co-own the boat directly with other owners. Morii’s programme focuses on the largest Lagoons with professional crew, two seasons and an international service ecosystem. They are complementary: we help you choose based on your weeks, your budget and the way you sail.
Can I sell my Morii share?
Yes. The share is an ownership position and can be resold; Morii supports that resale and its Liquidity Shield™ mechanism is designed to make the exit more predictable. As with any yacht, value evolves over time: ask for the specific conditions of the yacht you are interested in.

A more manageable Lagoon, in Spain?
